CUFA International Projects Fund

CUFA development programs aim to relieve poverty and strengthen disadvantaged communities through improved access to affordable financial services across the Asia Pacific region.

Your contribution to the International Projects Fund will enable us to direct your support to the CUFA programs where it is needed most.

Cambodia Children’s Financial Literacy Program

Your contribution will assist CUFA to reach more than 12000 children each year with financial literacy and linking them to nearby savings banks. The development of financial literacy at a young age will create independence and have a positive long-term impact on the children ’s opportunities later in life.

Just cast your memory back to when you were a child and your parents encouraged you to save your pocket money. That was a lesson that many of us took with us into our adult life. Your donation will help these kids start to save and break out of the cycle of poverty.

This project focuses on 7 to 9 year olds in poor regions of Cambodia, reaching schools in Battambang, Takeo, Prey Veng and Kandal Provinces.

The Village Entrepreneur Initiative

The Village Entrepreneur Initiative is a very personal way to assist someone out of poverty by funding and supporting their micro-business development for $37 a month. You will receive quarterly updates about supported Village Entrepreneurs and learn about the issues they are facing, their progress and the positive impacts on their lives because of your investment in them.
