Send employees on a life-changing journey…

The CUFA Cambodian Leadership Challenge is an exciting and adventurous leadership program like no other and is a real test physically, emotionally, intellectually, and culturally.

Comprising of a fundraising challenge (which must be completed before participants go to Cambodia), a 5-day physical challenge cycling from Siem Reap in the charming north west of Cambodia, to Battambang, participants must then meet the challenge in-country project work.

Assisting with the delivery of CUFA’s Financial Literacy project in the delightful provinces of Battambang, working with the ever-smiling Khmer children will no doubt be a highlight of the Leadership Challenge program. The project work component will then continue in the CUFA Training Centre in the country’s capital, Phnom Penh.

The Leadership Challenge program offers the ultimate opportunity for personal growth through the challenge of fundraising and delivering the project work, and represents the worthwhile cause of providing financial literacy, community building and alleviating poverty.

The fundraising element empowers people to get involved and become effective ambassadors for credit unions. The challenge component includes physical trips that test people’s resources and is a superb opportunity for developing inner strength and teamwork. The CUFA Cambodian Leadership Challenge also offers exposure to different cultures, beliefs, traditions and ideas.
