Credit Union Development Education (DE) Program Support. Pre-Program Support for sponsoring credit unions CUFA can provide all participating credit unions, third party insurance providers, and mutuals, assistance with their DE selection process, to achieve the greatest number of benefits from sending participants to the DE. Please click on the STRATEGY for more information. Pre-Program Support for participants CUFA ensures that DE attendees are well prepared for the DE program. Participants are rehearsed in DE program objectives and provided with pre-program literature, along with all other relevant information, prior to attending the DE.
Post DE Program To ensure results are maximised from attending the DE, CUFA commits to following
the status and activity of each participant after completing the program. The DE Project is an important part of the DE program as it allows the momentum and knowledge gained by the participant to be translated into practical terms, within the workplace and the greater community. All DE participants must take the following actions once they have completed the DE program; 1. Submit a 1 page report on what was achieved from the DE program to management, the CEO and to CUFA. Optional- participants may also present to senior staff if they wish 2. Submit a DE project outline to management, the CEO and to CUFA. The DE project outline must include a timeline and predicted completion time, along with project strategy, objectives and outcomes. |
